Housekeeper

Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Our apartment community is seeking a housekeeper for our 336-unit apartment community in northwest Houston! We need you to keep our property looking its best! If you have an eye for detail and a strong work ethic, then you are the person we have been searching for! Come join our outstanding team!

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
• Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
• Cleaning and maintaining model apartments daily
• Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
• Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
