Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician | Clear Lake, TX

Arkema's Clear Lake manufacturing site is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician to provide technical leadership, support plant reliability, and lead daily electrical maintenance activities in a highly collaborative manufacturing environment.

• Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and install electrical equipment and systems
• Support high-voltage distribution equipment, transformers, motors, breakers, switch gear, and protection relays
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability
• Mentor and develop Electrical Technicians while providing contractor oversight
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability teams to support safe and efficient plant performance
• Participate in root cause investigations, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 8+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Technical degree or I&E certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage distribution systems and motor control equipment
• Experience leading maintenance personnel, contractors, or technical teams
• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E requirements
• Chemical, petrochemical, refining, manufacturing, power generation, or related industry experience preferred
