General Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor / Office Cleaning Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment in an office facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, pays attention to detail, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Clean and maintain offices, common areas, break rooms, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
• Dust and wipe down desks, tables, countertops, and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, and fixtures.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Replenish restroom and office supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, spills, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as assigned.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned cleaning tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to safely use common cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to approximately 25–50 lbs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable transportation and driver license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies and equipment. The employee must be able to perform routine cleaning activities for extended periods.
