Job Type: Full-Time (35 to 45 hours per week)
Pay Range: $20 to $27 / per hour (based on experience)
Additional Compensation: Paid Overtime & Bonuses Possible

Reeds Ferry Sheds, a leader in the shed industry, is growing again! We have an immediate need for Entry Level Construction Laborers and Experienced Carpenters, Roofers, Siders and Framers for our shed and small building installation team. For the entry level position, carpentry, knowledge of power tools, framing, siding and/or roofing experience is helpful but not required!

Both positions involve working outdoors in all weather conditions, involve frequent heavy lifting, moving with a purpose and require someone with a flexible schedule as early morning start times and schedules do vary daily. We are seeking dependable people who get to work three minutes early every day, have a positive attitude, can work at a fast pace and who have a keen eye for detail.

These positions are customer-facing, so you need to be respectful of people and property, have the ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed. We believe in promoting from within and provide hands-on training to help our team members develop new skills and take on more responsibility. You must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug, hearing and lift test, be organized, detail oriented, have the ability to think ahead, have common sense and be safety conscious.

Salary: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour DOE
