Pest Technician

RK Environmental, a division of Rentokil, is seeking Pest Control Technicians to provide industry‑leading pest management services to commercial food and pharmaceutical facilities.

• Apply approved pest control products—including chemicals, baits, and traps—to eliminate pests while following safety standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections, determine the type and extent of infestation, and apply effective treatments.
• Educate and advise customers on pest prevention methods and maintaining pest‑free environments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to current and prospective clients.
• Maintain pest control equipment, ensuring it is stocked, calibrated, and in good working condition.
• Operate company‑provided service vehicle safely, receiving routine maintenance.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Perform inventory management of equipment and supplies and support client food safety management systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, providing excellent client care, problem‑solving, and listening skills.

• Manage equipment, inventory, and vehicle operations.
• Deliver professional pest inspection and treatment services for commercial, food, pharmaceutical, and related environments.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Client‑facing experience preferred.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for following product label instructions.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, with effective time‑management and professional interaction skills.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends.

Position requires availability Monday‑Friday and weekends as needed.
