Position SummaryThe Warehouse Assistant will be an integral part of our Supply Chain team. The focus of the role is to bring value and quality into the organization by participating in fulfillment, distribution, warehousing and other supply chain related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders from their assigned bin location using WMS software.
- Communicates relevant information with peers and leadership to enable their duties.
- Conducts training and cross‑training of knowledge and expertise within the area of responsibility.
- Assists in counting physical inventory and inventory control.
- Operates all equipment according to safety guidelines in performing essential job functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B).
- Working knowledge of Net Suite WMS.
- Standup forklift experience.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Punctuality.
- Local travel required (work location varies).
- May need to travel to corporate location within Hudson area.
- No overtime required.
- Overtime is offered but not required.
