Position Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant will be an integral part of our Supply Chain team. The focus of the Warehouse Assistant will be to seek to build value and quality into the entire organization by participating in fulfillment, distribution, warehousing and other supply chain related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders from their assigned
  bin location by using WMS software
• Communicates relevant information with peers and leadership allowing them to fulfill their duties
• Conducts training and cross-training of knowledge and expertise within area of responsibility
• Assist in counting physical inventory and inventory control
• Operates all equipment according to safety guidelines in performance of essential job functions
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

• Working knowledge of Net Suite WMS
• Standup forklift experience
• Time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Punctuality

Travel Requirements:

• Local travel required (work location varies)
• Other travel or work location considerations:
  May need to travel to corporate location within Hudson area
