• Perform cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties
• Water extraction and structural drying assistance
• Content cleaning and pack‑out services
• Demolition and debris removal when required
• Operate restoration equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service during difficult situations

• Have experience in cleaning, janitorial services, facilities maintenance, housekeeping, property maintenance, or related fields
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are physically capable of lifting, moving equipment, and working in a fast‑paced environment
• Take pride in quality workmanship
• Possess problem‑solving skills

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
• Ability to work occasional overtime and emergency response situations
