As a Maintenance Technician, you may be responsible for:

• Performing weekly & monthly equipment planned maintenance & cleaning
• General equipment & facilities repair
• Grounds maintenance
• Work with multiple units
• Safety & security

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
