Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hudsonville that are seeking Maintenance Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely availability and minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance for all maintenance operations.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, analyze equipment performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in CMMS software utilization and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their application to maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve efficiency.
• Certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent.
