Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures;
Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment or fixtures, documenting wear and recommending repairs or replacements;
Conduct major and minor repairs using plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills with hand and power tools;
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and document all repair activities;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor compliance with safety and quality standards;
Ensure adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations while maintaining facility operational standards.
