Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Humble, TX, for a Maintenance Team Lead. The Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, including supervising maintenance staff, conducting routine and preventive maintenance, and managing operations to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. The role involves coordinating repair schedules, inspecting equipment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive living experience for residents by providing timely and high‑quality maintenance services.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory skills to effectively lead a maintenance team and ensure task completion.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Strong maintenance and operations management capabilities to ensure property upkeep and efficiency.
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to varied maintenance challenges.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and regulatory standards related to property maintenance.
  • Good communication and organizational skills to manage staff and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous property maintenance/management experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; certifications in maintenance or technical skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on‑call availability.
