Hourly Wage and Compensation

• Hourly rate $14 - $27 per hour.
• Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Additional premiums may be paid at $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression. They look after cleanliness from parking lot to restrooms to receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
