Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of Pinewood, a 240‑unit community in Houston, TX. You will lead the maintenance staff and ensure quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and timely response to work orders.
The role calls for 3–5 years in maintenance, strong carpentry/plumbing/electrical skills, and HVAC/EPA experience. A valid driver’s license is often required and on‑call duties may occur.
