Dessert Holdings is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the night shift (8pm - 4am) at our Humble, TX facility. You will maintain all production equipment, ensure SQF/HACCP/GMP compliance, and support line-centric teams through preventative maintenance and rapid fault remediation.
The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, knowledge of CMMS, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
-English proficiency and a two-year technical degree are preferred.
