City of Humble seeks a Building Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance, repair, and alteration of city buildings, facilities, and fixtures. Duties include carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, and mechanical repairs within City limits.
The role requires basic safety knowledge, a valid Texas driver’s license, and six months of facilities maintenance experience. You will be expected to operate a range of tools, meet safety guidelines, and support a diverse environment.
