Create purchase orders (POs) in SAP and Imaint; data entry as needed;
File SAP documentation and process accounting entries daily;
Email POs to vendors and follow up;
Perform monthly inventory checks for accuracy of physical parts and update Imaint;
Receive deliveries, inspect, and distribute throughout the plant; maintain files;
Run reports of machine cost per month; produce maintenance PMs in Imaint;
Maintain maintenance inventory levels and assist with area 51 6’s;
Assist Maintenance Manager with coordination and administration of maintenance management systems
