Installation Associate

The Installation Associate is responsible for giving Orange Rhino customers a great experience.

Customers are wanting a great looking concrete surface. The Installation Associate is who gives it to them.

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills:

• Genuinely friendly with a desire to help
• High degree of empathy
• All hands-in mentality; willingness to do whatever needs to be done
• High level of ownership and personal responsibility
• Strong attention to detail
• Aptitude for measurements, calculating square footage and linear footage
• Physical fitness: ability to handle equipment, load and unload materials, and work in heat or cold environment
• Ability to drive full-size pick-up truck with 16' trailer. Must be able to obtain CDL.

Install Coatings:

This position will involve loading the job, arriving to the job site, and completing the installation with quality. It will be important to exercise discipline to follow the process and not take shortcuts for the best finish possible. Capturing pictures before, during, and after the job are paramount.

Maintenance of truck, trailer, and equipment is important. Trucks should remain clean, trailers should be organized, and equipment should be properly cleaned, and maintained as recommended by the manufacturer.

There will be a process for installation and a checklist for our warehouse and fleet maintenance.
