Phoenix in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Floor Stripper to perform cleaning and maintenance of all hard surface and carpeted floors under the janitorial contract. You will operate floor buffers, burnishers, shampoo machines, steam machines, and carpet extractors, following safety requirements and wearing the required PPE.
The position requires a High School Diploma (preferred) and at least one year of custodial experience, plus ability to manage supplies, secure buildings and report equipment
