Willing to train, some experience preferred.
Essential Duties- Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.
- Strip/wax VCT tiles (attention to detail is critical).
- Burnish floors with a high speed machine.
- Extract and bonnet carpets.
- Utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure.
- Support janitorial program (other duties as assigned).
- Work with little supervision.
- Report safety hazards when identified.
- Observe safety precautions at all times, use safety signs.
- Low speed Side by Side
- High Speed Burnish
- Carpet Extractor
- Wet/Dry Vacuum
- Drying Fan
- Walk Behind scrubber
- Ride on Scrubber
- Pressure Washer
Must be able to pass background check.
