• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three‑compartment sink, and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Can follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may have physical demands, including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. The position may also require uniforms and/or the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
