Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on distribution center equipment and building;
Utilize CMMS to record work orders, asset and labor history, and inventory usage;
Read and interpret technical drawings to repair/maintain equipment;
Troubleshoot complex equipment problems and coordinate with operations and other technicians;
Operate material handling equipment and other powered equipment and perform daily preventive maintenance
