TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment for heating and hot water across our properties. You will coordinate daily activities with the Site Manager and ensure safety, maintenance, and repairs are performed efficiently.
The role includes routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic housekeeping, with a requirement to lift up to 50 pounds and possess a valid driver's license for site errands.
