Position: Custodial Floater| 2nd shift | (STF3367)

The Custodial Floater provides cleaning and maintenance support
throughout campus facilities. This position fills in for regular
custodians during absences due to vacation, illness, and or leave,
ensuring consistent cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards across
all assigned areas.
Responsibilities
Essential

• Daily cleaning of buildings includes dusting, cleaning windows,

floors, walls, and furniture, restroom fixtures, toilets, sinks,
etc. Includes the use of custodial tools and equipment.

• Custodiansare responsible formaintainingthe interior spaces from the

ceiling to the floor. This includes but not limited to cleaning
light fixtures and replacing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC supply and
return vents, and changing HVAC filters depending on their location.

• Assist other employees as needed.
• Adhere toestablishedcleaning schedules and quality standards in

various campus buildings.

• Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully

perform the responsibilities of the position.

• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Comply with
  
  HutchCCpolicies, procedures, and practices.

Secondary

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director and/or

Coordinators of the Facilities department.

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Schedule is evenings and/or weekends;
