We are seeking a part‑time Mid‑Level Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment communities and provide a great living experience for residents.

• Miscellaneous maintenance & carpentry
• Grounds upkeep and snow removal
• Interior painting
• Janitorial duties to keep the community looking impeccable
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with residents when handling maintenance requests
• Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move‑ins and maintain our communities to the highest standard
• Perform all other duties required to create a great living environment for residents
• Clean and maintain common areas

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of plumbing
• Basic electrical knowledge, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

• Experience in multi‑family housing
• Knowledge of boilers (preferred)
• Boiler license or willingness to obtain one
• HVAC certification (preferred)
• CPO certified or willingness to become certified
• Chiller knowledge
