Custodian

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting daily cleaning and upkeep operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodian

Location: Hutchinson, MN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Start at 5 am and work until 1 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform janitorial work including cleaning breakrooms and common areas
• Wash windows and maintain cleanliness of facility surfaces
• Ensure all areas are hygienic and well-maintained
• Assist with routine cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

What's Needed?

• Prior experience preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings and adhere to scheduled hours
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
