Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the overall appearance and cleanliness / maintenance of the entire areas of the property. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming, clean, and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness / maintenance and upkeep across the property’s interior and exterior spaces.

• Perform daily walk-throughs of the property to identify and address exterior cleanliness and minor maintenance repair needs.
• Pick up litter and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and other outdoor areas.
• Empty and replace liners in exterior trash cans and receptacles.
• Use pressure washer equipment to clean sidewalks, exterior walls, entryways, and other high-traffic areas as needed.
• Perform basic painting and touch-up tasks on exterior surfaces, railings, curbs, and other areas as directed.
• Report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf blowing, snow removal (if applicable), or de-icing walkways,
• Assist with interior and exterior special event setups and break downs.
• Assist with making minor maintenance repairs throughout the facility (i.e. changing light bulbs, adjusting food court table & chairs, and other minor repairs as needed)
• Maintain and store all equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in exterior cleaning or property maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the property.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
• Must be able to work flexibles work hours

This position requires frequent outdoor work in various weather conditions. Appropriate safety gear and training will be provided.
