About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic  Business Head  to lead and scale a premium  Luxury Catering & Banqueting Business  in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end catering operations, luxury weddings, corporate events, and large-scale banqueting management within the Hyderabad market.

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall business strategy, revenue growth, and P&L management
Drive luxury wedding and premium event catering sales
Develop and maintain relationships with elite clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and corporate houses
Oversee banquet operations, service excellence, and quality standards
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Build and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams
Ensure brand positioning in the luxury catering segment
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Hyderabad

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in luxury catering and banqueting
Strong network within Hyderabad’s luxury wedding & corporate event ecosystem
Proven track record in revenue generation and business expansion
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong operational and financial acumen
