Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is pivotal in onboarding and upskilling centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and driving consistent performance
across centres.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT) for new Centre Managers.
● Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively.
● Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training.
● Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes.
● Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
● 1-3 years of experience.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strong facilitation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
● Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred in sales/operations context).
● Ability to drive accountability and performance improvement.
