Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs in individual apartments and across the complex, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, and groundskeeping;
Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings to ensure safety and functionality;
Complete apartment turns efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards;
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency;
Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools, and perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal
