Apartment Maintenance Technician – Priest River,
Location: Priest River,
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential community in Priest River. This position is responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services, preparing vacant units for new residents, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Maintain the property in a professional manner
- Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and landscaping tasks
- Respond to work orders within 24 hours
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Become familiar with and adhere to Fair Housing Laws
- Prioritize tasks and follow through on assignments
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- General maintenance experience preferred
