Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time custodian for the District Office. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and classrooms rooms
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Maintain and stock cleaning supplies
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
