Summary

Valley County is looking for a Custodian to provide cleaning services for its various office buildings in Cascade. This is a crucial role responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all county employees and the public. This is a full‑time position with full employee benefits.

• Clean work areas, offices, conference rooms, and break areas.
• Prepare and mix cleaning solutions and chemicals.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and clean restroom surfaces.
• Disinfect restroom sinks, toilets, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Replace soap, paper products, and empty garbage cans.
• Dust, wipe, polish, and tidy work areas and offices.

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a professional setting.
• Willingness to work with cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Ability to spend long hours on feet performing repetitive physical tasks.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and criminal history review.
