Location: Wendell
Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our community in Idaho. You will supervise technicians, ensure interior and exterior repairs, and uphold safety standards to provide a safe, attractive living environment for residents.
Candidates should have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing, HVAC and basic systems knowledge, and a track record of customer service and team leadership.
