The Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the facilities, diagnosing maintenance issues, and following through with solutions. This position also provides maintenance service to the home ownership on a regular or a la carte basis.

For all items below, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for inspecting, repairing, sourcing repair assistance, monitoring, and following up to ensure repair and maintenance are completed to expectation. This is not an exhaustive list. As the development evolves, so too will the Maintenance Role.

• Check the wellnesscenterformaintenance needsandrepairorsourcerepair.
• Check the poolroomforanyleaksandchemicallevels.
• Check the pool deckandpoolforanygarbage.
• Checkkitchenfreezersandcoolersfortemperatureandproper operation.
• Check the exhaustsystemforfunctionality.
• Check lights and turn offas necessary.
• Check Adminforlights,heat,/ac.
• Walkandinspectallpropertybuildingsfor maintenancerepairsandupkeep.
• Checkbothcomfortstationsformaintenanceneeds.
• Respondto property maintenance calls andemergenciesfromstaffand homeowners.
• Ensure property gatesareinoperation.
• Ensure trash is put out at homes for pickup.
• Recordabimonthlychecklistfor owners.
• Report anything broken to Maintenance manager.
• Maintaintheconditionof the company vehicles.
• Adhere toallemployee handbookpoliciesandprocedures.

This position is and indoor and outdoor position that will be subject to weather conditions and other hazardsfoundintheseareas.

This is a Full-time, Regular position
. Days and hours of work are typically 2-4 days at 8 to 10 hours eachdayonaverageandmaybeadjustedforbusinessneeds.

• HighSchoolGED,vocational tech, orsimilarpositiontraining.
• Previous Experience in a maintenance or handyman-related field

• Extensive experience in a maintenance or handyman-related field.
• Comfort diagnosing Electric and Plumbing issues.

Musthavevalidworkauthorizationtoworkinthe United Statesfor  I-9formpurposes.
