Our client is a large, publicly traded, global organization that has created a brand-new Senior Accountant role to support continued growth and increasing accounting complexity. This is a highly visible opportunity with exposure to corporate accounting and controllership leadership, offering a broad scope across consolidations, treasury accounting, intercompany activity, and SEC reporting support.
This role is ideal for a driven Senior Accountant who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, complex environment and wants exposure to enterprise-wide accounting initiatives, process improvement, and long-term career growth.

Own key components of the monthly close and consolidation process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, eliminations, and financial analytics
Support treasury, intercompany, holding company, and corporate accounting activities
Serve as a go-to Senior Accountant for complex accounting areas and cross-functional questions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing close processes, standard operating procedures, and use of accounting systems and tools
Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support internal controls, SEC reporting schedules, and quarterly and annual audit requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
Master’s degree or MBA preferredCPA preferred
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a large, complex organization
Prior experience as a Senior Accountant in a public company or Big 4 environment strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
Experience with consolidations and multi-entity accounting a plus
Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, One Stream, or similar ERP/consolidation tools preferred
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Strong communicator who can build credibility across cross-functional teams
