The Junior Accountant / Accounting Assistant will work closely with senior accounting leadership, supporting daily accounting activities while developing expertise in the full accounting cycle. • Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities throughout the full accounting cycle
• Support accounts receivable processes and provide backup support for accounts payable functions
• Prepare account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end accounting activities
• Help manage and maintain ERP and accounting systems
• Collaborate with accounting leadership on special projects and process improvements
• Support documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance‑related activities
• Contribute to ongoing operational and accounting initiatives

• Experience or working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Net Suite, or similar platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities
