• Book warranty repair orders accurately and timely
• Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
• Service contract claim submission and follow up.
• Reconcile schedules needed (Sublet, Warranty, Extended Warranty and Work in Process)
• Run weekly and Monthly Reports for Department Manager as needed
• Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors regarding warranty issues
• Collaborate with parts and service departments to verify warranty parts and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and documentation

• Experienced warranty administrator with CDK experience & knowledge of Toyota policies & procedures
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
• Proficiency Microsoft Office and Excel
• General accounting knowledge preferred
• Must be able to work 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. Monday Through Friday
