Position Overview
The Office of Inspector General is seeking to hire a self-motivated, knowledgeable, ambitious, detail-oriented Office Associate to provide clerical support for an assigned region in Chicago, IL. The Office Associate composes and keyboards final investigative summaries and cover memos; maintains and updates office records such as timekeeping and databases; monitors and screens telephone calls; and orders office supplies.
Essential Functions
* Provides clerical support to the Bureau Chief and investigative staff for an assigned region.
* Composes and keyboards final investigative summaries and cover memos.
* Maintains and updates office records such as timekeeping and databases.
* Monitors and screens telephone calls.
* Orders office supplies.
* Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
* Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school.
* Requires two (2) years of office experience.
* Requires ability to keyboard accurately at 45 wpm.

8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
