Advantage Auto Group is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team in Hodgkins, IL!
We are seeking candidates with prior sales or automotive experience — but we’re also willing to train the right person who has great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Learn and present vehicle features, options, and benefits
- Guide customers through the entire sales process
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and financing options - Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Preferred:
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience
Not required — we will train the right candidate who demonstrates:

- Strong work ethic and self motivation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment
