- Health Intern, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will be involved in operations consulting, working across business operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale execution. In this role, you will conduct research and perform basic tasks, contributing to the optimization of supply chain and core business processes.

• Supporting teams in operational consulting projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Participating in the analysis and improvement of business processes across various sectors
• Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies for business transformation
• Engaging in data analytics to provide insights for decision‑making and performance improvement
• Contributing to change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions in organizational processes
• Collaborating with team members to optimize supply chain and core business operations
• Observing and learning from experienced consultants to gain exposure to industry practices

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
• Client service intern positions are entry‑level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
  Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, Operations Mangement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Information System, Managment Information Systems, Data Processing, Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, International Business
• Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
• Preferred major GPA: 3.3
• Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
• Demonstrating enthusiasm for learning and applying operations consulting methodologies
• Participating in projects focused on improving operational performance and efficiency
• Supporting teams in client‑facing environments within the healthcare sector

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
