- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related and 2+ years of related experience in Construction, or equivalent combination of both
- Construction experience in Civil, Power, Utilities, Mission Critical, or related industries
- Ability to identify deliverables, work with internal team members to generate proposal documents, and provide quality review prior to customer deadlines
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
