Videographer

Wintrust is a $66billion financial institution based in Rosemont, Illinois that provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance, and wealth management services. The Corporate Communications team is seeking a multi‑talented Videographer to join a prolific video team that manages projects from concept through distribution.

• Develop professional‑level audio/visual assets, including video production, headshots, and marketing photography.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment on video production sets.
• Orchestrate and execute photoshoots for portraiture, marketing collateral, and event coverage.
• Plan video shoots: develop mood boards, storyboards, pitch decks, and shot lists.
• Assist with directing on‑screen talent.
• Support post‑production as a DIT: pull selects, cut smaller projects.
• Communicate with requestors and partners to determine needs, drive projects, and fulfill expectations.
• Travel for off‑site shoots as required.

• Minimum 2years professional experience in video/photo production, including on‑set work, camera operation, and photography.
• Strong reel/portfolio; demonstrated competence in camera settings, exposure, lighting, framing, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with all aspects of video production, including logistics, post‑production, graphics, and distribution.
• Expertise with macOS and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Lightroom and Premiere Pro).
• Ability to toggle between team collaboration and solo projects, and to seek or offer assistance as workload shifts within a small team.
• Preferred: experience with After Effects, Sony camera equipment, and gimbal operation.

Estimated salary range: $59,000–$77,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
