About the Role:
This Architect role focuses on multifamily residential design, Revit modeling, and BIM coordination within a full-cycle real estate development environment. The position supports architectural design, construction documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across architecture, engineering, and construction teams. Ideal for candidates with strong Revit expertise and experience in high-rise or multifamily housing projects, this role blends technical production, project coordination, and construction support.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to support the full project lifecycle for multifamily residential developments
- Develop, modify, and maintain Revit models and construction documents, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Produce a wide range of deliverables such as presentation drawings, marketing plans, contractor coordination drawings, and construction sketches
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to integrate design requirements into BIM models
- Lead or participate in BIM coordination meetings using tools such as Navisworks and BIM 360
- Review and process shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and construction schedules
- Manage Revit and CAD files, including redlines, sheet creation, file organization, and model integration
- Support project documentation workflows within construction management platforms such as Procore
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and assist with quality control and design implementation
- Maintain project archives, manage drawing distribution, and support document control processes
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5 to 10 years of architectural experience, preferably in multifamily residential, mixed-use, or high-rise projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, including modeling, documentation, family creation, and schedule management
- Experience producing construction documents, schematic drawings, and presentation materials
- Familiarity with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks and BIM 360
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar PDF markup and document review software
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and coordination workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Licensed Architect or progress toward licensure
- Master's degree in Architecture or related discipline
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards
- Experience with developer-led, design-build, or LEED and sustainable design projects
- Familiarity with construction methods, field coordination, and construction administration
- Ability to interpret complex project documents such as entitlement reports, surveys, and regulatory requirements
