Heart Care Centers of Illinois (HCCI) is a private practice established over 50 years ago in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. The organization has 29 Board‑Certified Cardiovascular Physicians offering a comprehensive spectrum of advanced cardiovascular care at ten area hospitals and six surrounding offices. HCCI’s mission is to provide the highest quality of care for patients’ long‑term and comprehensive cardiovascular health, emphasizing current and proven innovations in diagnostic cardiac examination, cardiovascular intervention and surgery, and heart‑healthy therapeutic options.

- Full‑time Electrophysiologist will split time between hospital‑based lab, ambulatory surgery center, and clinic. 2‑3 procedures expected on lab days.
- Collegial work environment with 31 cardiologists, 8 APPs, and over 200 support staff members.
- EP services include Pacemakers, Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators, Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy, Remote Monitoring, EP studies, and Ablations.
- Monday‑Friday schedule.
- General Cardiology Call responsibilities shared with 15 other physicians.
- Position offers a base salary with additional bonuses and incentives.
- Additional equity & partnership opportunities available.
- B/C in Cardiovascular Medicine and B/C or B/E in Electrophysiology.
- Completion of a US‑Accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Interventional Cardiology program.
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
- We welcome applications from both in‑practice Electrophysiologists and those graduating from fellowship in 2026 and 2027.
