This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families, and serve as a leader in the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of acute care and a proven track record as a medical doctor.

• Providing comprehensive and continuous care to patients ages 2+, managing both common and complex health conditions.
• Leading the medical team in the development and implementation of patient care policies and protocols.
• Coordinating and directing the activities of the medical team, ensuring high-quality patient care at all times.
• Conducting regular meetings with the medical staff to discuss patient care, medical updates, and improvements needed in the healthcare delivery system.
• Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of medical staff.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments.
• Overseeing the performance of the medical team, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in medicine and participating in professional development activities.

• A Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a family physician, with a focus on acute care.
• Strong knowledge of medical regulations and healthcare management.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient-focused approach with a dedication to providing the highest standard of care.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Current and valid state medical license.
