Substitute teachers are needed to fill day-to-day and long term leave positions within the district. The substitute teacher must maintain a positive learning environment and provide instruction in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
QualificationsPreferred that you have a Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsed in Elementary Education (K-9) or endorsed in Secondary Education (6-12) with multiple endorsements. Educator License with Stipulation (ELS) as a Substitute will also be considered.
Working ConditionsOn call during the school year.
Daily Pay RateElementary and Middle School $130.00; position is not eligible for benefits. Long Term paid daily rate $250.83 school year teacher base salary schedule Lane 1 Step
1) as per the negotiated agreement.
Long term positions are classified as 20 consecutive days in the same assignment.
