Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Controller:

• Lead all month-end close activities with an aggressive 4-day close timeline

• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, tax, and CAPEX functions

• Manage all federal, state, and local tax compliance and filings

• Coordinate annual external audits, internal audits, and compliance initiatives

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Analyze operating performance, variances, and provide financial reporting to leadership

• Manage corporate cash flow, liquidity, and internal controls

• Lead and develop accounting and tax teams while driving process improvements

Qualifications for the Corporate Controller:

• BS/BA in Accounting required

• 10+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing

• 7+ years of leadership and people management experience

• 7+ years of SAP experience

• Extensive experience overseeing AP, AR, payroll, tax, and accounting operations

• Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and audit management

• CPA preferred

• Manufacturing experience required
