Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Develop financial models and operational analysis to support business decisions
• Analyze margins, profitability, production costs, and operational performance trends
• Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to provide actionable financial insights
• Build and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and financial analysis processes
• Assist with strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational planning
• Support leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and presentations
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 4+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytical accounting experience
• Manufacturing, food, or CPG industry experience preferred
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
