Credit Analyst

• Credit review and analysis of new and renewal small business loans, including calculations of business cash flow, personal cash flow, debit service ratios, and other financial metrics.
• Analyze and review loan applications for completeness and required due diligence.
• Present loan decisions in accordance with established procedures and underwriting criteria.
• Identify alternative financing options for borrowers that do not qualify for their original requests.
• Apply delegated credit authorities per policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to help build strong relationships with customers.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of commercial/small business loans underwriting experience.
• At least 3 years of commercial/small business loans underwriting experience if no Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience with Regulation

The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000-$77,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
